At Trealy Farm we are proud to make unique, authentic and delicious charcuterie 

for retail and wholesale outlets both in Monmouthshire and across the UK

 

At our family run farm-based business, we combine traditional methods of curing, smoking and air-drying with innovation and technology inspired by our training with charcuterie makers across Europe. Our air-dried range, including products rarely made in the U.K. such as salamis, chorizo, pancetta and coppa, have won prestigious awards including the Great Taste and True Taste. Other specialities include Bratwurst, Boudin Noir, Kassler, Bresaola and 100% meat sausages. Alongside these we also produce, to order, a range of high quality traditional British bacons, sausages and hams. In only our third year of production, we continue to enjoy supplying some of the best food outlets in the UK.  Our pigs come from Trealy Farm or other select local farms. All are free-ranging, fed natural feeds and traditional breed. All other meats used are also local and free-ranging. This list details our regular (and made to order) product ranges that can be purchased in either wholesale or retail packaging. We  can also develop, to special order, tailormade products. Our basic terms and conditions are as follows:-

·          Orders from £50 to £200.00 - 15% discount off the retail price (RP )*

·          Orders over £200.00 - 20% discount off the retail price (RP)*

·          Delivery within a five-mile radius of Trealy Farm is free. 30p/mile charged thereafter

·          A P&P charge of approx £10.00 plus VAT applies to next day deliveries

·          Packing for retail carries an additional charge (listed below).

·          Credit to account holders only. Other sales by credit/debit card or bank transfer

 

*Further discounts for account holders can be negotiated for regular orders, collection from Trealy Farm, or bulk orders of particular product types.
